The items of (i) Passenger Motor Vehicles; (ii) Powdered Infant Milk; (iii) Cooking Oil; and (iv) Clay Bricks are listed under the Price Control (Maximum Prices and Charges) Order. This means that the mentioned items are not permitted for sale to the public at a price higher than the maximum price set by JPKE. For Passenger Motor Vehicles, JPKE only sets the maximum Showroom Price (SRP). For Powdered Infant Milk, Cooking Oil and Clay Bricks, the maximum price set is at the Retail Price.
The item of Cigarettes is listed under the Price Control (Minimum Prices and Charges) Order. This means that the price of Cigarettes sells to the public should not be below the minimum price set by JPKE.
