Brunei Darussalam's economy registered its first positive growth since
Q3 2020, increasing by 0.9 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y) in the third
quarter of 2022 (Q3 2022). The modest upturn was due to a sustained and
significant increase in the Non-Oil and Gas Sector by 4.6 per cent,
offsetting the prolonged decline in the Oil and Gas Sector by 2.7 per
