Year-on-Year Change
Total trade for August 2025 was BND1,708.8 million, comprising exports of BND1,111.7 million and imports of BND597.1 million. This reflected a year-on-year decrease of 15.5 per cent from BND2,022.8 million in August 2024.
Meanwhile, the trade balance increased by 4.4 per cent to BND514.6 million (August 2025) from BND492.8 million in August 2024.
Month-on-Month Change
On a month-on-month basis, total trade fell by 8.2 per cent, decreasing from BND1,860.9 million in July 2025 to BND1,708.8 million in August 2025.
