Price Control Unit can accept consumer complaint on matters related to Price Control Act, Chapter 142 and its regulations:
i) Selling of price controlled goods above the set maximum price
ii) Matters related to cheap sale price
iii) Matters related to price tags | In order to facilitate further investigation by CAD’s Price Inspectors, consumers are required to provide the following details:
1) Name and address of the business
2) An evidence to support complaints, such as photos
3) Details of price controlled goods and its price |
