The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Order, 2011 or CPFTO commenced on the 1st January 2012. It consisted of 20 Sections and 2 Regulations. It is an Order to protect consumers against unfair practices and matters relating to it. The copy of the Order are as the following:
