Food & Beverages Services Index (F&BSI)
Latest Highlights Q1 2026
In the first quarter (Q1) 2026, food & beverages services recorded a positive growth of 3.0 per cent year-on-year, after increasing by 0.5 per cent in Q4 2025. The increase was attributed to increases in sales revenue of all food & beverages services activities. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, food & beverages services decreased by 5.3 per cent following an increase of 2.9 per cent in Q4 2025.
The total value of food & beverages services was estimated at BND108.9 million in Q1 2026.
In terms of volume, food & beverages recorded a positive growth of 2.5 per cent year-on-year in Q1 2026, after increasing by 0.2 per cent in Q4 2025. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, food & beverages services recorded a negative growth of 5.5 per cent after increasing by 2.9 per cent in Q4 2025.
