Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, Chapter 261 or CPFTA commenced on the 1st January 2012. It consisted of 20 Sections and 2 Regulations. It is an Act to protect consumers against unfair practices and matters relating to it. The copy of the Act are as the following:
